We have lived here for 30 years and have really enjoyed the house because it's so spacious, and the location, which is so convenient to the shops and station. Although everything is close, this is a solid residential street lined with lovely houses, so it has a lot of kerb appeal, but also has a great sense of community.
One of the things we like most is the conservatory. Looking out into the garden, it is a great place to sit throughout the year. We are sure the new owners will enjoy this house as much as we have.
