No - Fir View Tan y Ffridd do not force you to replace older vans at any time - all that is required is that they are maintained in a proper manner.

From Welshpool take the A458 for about 7 miles passing though Cyfronydd. Shortly after turn right onto the B4389 signposted Meifod. At the next junction turn left onto the B4382 and follow this until it meets the A495 and turn right. After a short distance you will see Fir View Holiday Park on your left, take the drive and where it splits turn left into Fir View. When viewing, park by the site office and a representative will show you around.
Water and drainage are provided within the site fees. Owners will pay for the lpg gas (available on site) and electricity consumed. (Common annual electricity bill £90).
Currently £2,340 per annum. This includes access to the park facilities. May be occupied 15th February to 15th November.
