This property is offered at a reduced price for people aged over 60 through Homewise´s Home for Life Plan. Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property´s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. As such, the price you would pay could be higher or lower than this figure.

To the front of the property there is off road parking for several cars. Getting around from here is not too difficult with Epping just a short drive away where you can jump on the Central Line taking you into London in just over half an hour. Access to the M11 is just up the road and will take you to Stanstead Airport in approximately fifteen minutes.
What the Owner says:
We have enjoyed our time living here and have found it reasonably peaceful being surrounded by farmland. The uniqueness and seclusion of our home, having neighbours nearby but not on top of us has been perfect.
Having a regular bus service into Epping for your shopping or to the station is ideal if you don't want to take the car. In the opposite direction, the local bus will take you into Harlow for some retail therapy.
Now our family have flown the nest, we feel it is the right time to move on and buy something a little smaller.
