The regulatory committee concluded that application 18/00650/out be approved subject to conditions.

Planning has recently been submitted for a revised scheme of 21 units and updated transport and ecology reports are being conducted.

a) A section 106 agreement (in a form acceptance to the councils solicitors before the decision notice granting planning permission is issued to:

* A contribution towards primary school education provision

* Secure three affordable housing units

* A travel plan

b) The imposition of the planning conditions set out in the minutes of the meeting of the Regulation Committee on the grant of planning permission.
