The long drive leads past the woodland and fields, passing the farm buildings to the left and to the farm house on the right.
The path in front of the house passes through formally planted lavender beds to the open porch and front door.
The entrance hall leads to the sitting room, the staircase and the drawing room with its’ inglenook fireplace and log burning stove, which in turn leads to the large kitchen/breakfast room with a four oven Aga, traditional handmade English cupboards, walk in larder and coat cupboard.
The kitchen leads to the second boot room, and to the laundry room, wc and dairy kitchen.
The dairy kitchen opens onto the dining room which leads to the rear hall with wet room, WC, wine room and boot room off.
The study, with log burning stove leads off the boot room as does the sitting room, also with log burning stove.
The layout is similar to that of a Devon longhouse and the ground floor has been designed in such a way that a separate apartment can be created within the existing layout.

Moor House Farm is located on the edge of Upton village at the eastern end of Wimbleball Lake. Bampton, Dulverton and Wiveliscombe offer services such as a doctors, bakers, butchers, general stores, restaurants and public houses. Upton Village has a pub as well as a village hall both in walking distance.
Taunton (approximately 16.6 miles) and Tiverton (approximately 15 miles) offer a wider range of shops, supermarkets and schools. Secondary schooling is available at Minehead or Wiveliscombe, with independent schools at Tiverton, Taunton, Wellington and West Buckland.
The M5 is approximately 12.6 miles away, providing links to the A38 and A30 to the South and Bristol and London to the north and east. Taunton and Tiverton Parkway are in close proximity both providing frequent high speed train services. Journey times from Taunton and Tiverton Parkway to London (Paddington) are approximately 1 hour 45 minutes and 2 hours respectively. Exeter International Airport and Bristol Airport are easily accessible with regular flights to London City Airport and ever increasing domestic and international flights.
The south east facing garden has formally planted lavender beds in front of the house, original cobbles outside the kitchen and a cottage garden to the side. Steps from the cottage garden lead to an enclosed garden with gate to adjoining paddocks. Stone steps through lavender planted beds behind the house lead to a garden with far reaching views across Exmoor.
Directly across the drive from the house is the old stable block that has recently been reroofed. To the west of these there are a range of agricultural buildings, suitable for a variety of uses. They are currently arranged for equine use.
