From Wadebridge take the A39 towards the Camelford. Opposite the St Kew Golf Club turn right towards St Mabyn. Follow the road down the hill, at the bottom of the valley take the first right turn and continue for 100 yards where the driveway will be found on the left hand side. Continue along this lane and the property will be found on the right.
