I relocated to the area for work and bought this house because of its central location in Stratford. It's only a five-minute walk into town on the old tramway - over the beautiful old river - to the restaurants and bars, as well as the cinemas and theatre (I can see the rsc from my bedroom window).

The house needed a complete renovation and I relished designing it to my own exacting standards. Over 18 months i’ve (lovingly and painstakingly!) entirely renovated it – new bathrooms, electrics, heating, plumbing, plastering – as well as adding a modern, elegant kitchen extension.

The outside space is unique for the house size in Stratford. I’ve started making it over the space, but there is still a huge amount of potential for the remaining space, which someone is going to make really special.
