The road gives access to a number of local properties and heads towards Brongest, Glynarthen and back out to the B4334. The market town of Newcastle Emlyn is some 5 miles distant and provides for varied amenties.

Directions: On reaching Rhydlewis on the B4334 from the crossroads, coming down from Penrhiwpal (B4571), go through the village for Brynhoffnant/Llangrannog. After going around a wide right hand bend, with a layby, turn onto a concealed left hand junction. Follow the road around passing Ffynnonwen and the wooded block is on both sides of the road, with our ‘For Sale’ board marking the start and finish of the block on the right hand side and will be directly the same on the left hand side.
Description: The majority of the land is on the right hand side of the road, where a former access track into the block was previously created. The wood is a mixture of mainly mature deciduous types. The block below the road is more sloping, with access only on foot .
