The location is superb, and the attraction was how close I was to all the amenities such as local shops, Durrington railway station, and the seafront. Having my own private garden (back section), and a share of freehold, with a long lease, was an added advantage as I am in control of any maintenance charges. Over the years I have maintained my home, but realise new owners may want to update the property to have a more contemporary feel. If you want an extra bedroom, then it could be possible by putting a stud wall up within the large landing, as other owners have done. I will be sorry to leave and hopefully the new owners will be as happy as I have been living here.
