Planning was recently applied for its conversion to residential development under application number 64183 and this was refused. Full details of this are available on the North Devon Council website.

The property is some 10 miles south of the twin coastal resort towns of Lynton and Lynmouth on the dramatic North Devon coastline, with Barnstaple the administrative centre for North Devon and South Molton a local market town both being about 10 miles to the south and offering immediate access onto the A361 / North Devon Link road.
