The land is situated in the North Pembrokeshire village of Bridell, along the A478 road, roughly 3 miles outside the large market town of Cardigan which offers a wide range of services and amenities. The West Wales coastline is within a short 15 minute drive with numerous beaches, pretty coves and miles of cliff top walks. The area is well known for its outstanding beauty and attracts many tourists.
