When we were looking we almost didn’t view this house as we didn’t think it would be spacious enough for us. We are glad we did though as we couldn’t believe our eyes when we realised the accommodation on offer.
The lounge area is such a cosy room with a wood burning stove flickering it really does make winter nights a treat, especially when we are watching a movie with the built in surround sound on. When the warmer months come we love to open up the bi-fold doors and let a bit of sunshine in and there is always plenty of sun in the garden. We are happy to leave the new owner both the shed and greenhouse.
Most recently we have replaced some fencing in the garden and had new soffits and fascia’s as well as a new front door.
