The reception hall opens into the sitting room with attractive arched, full height windows and French doors leading out to the garden. The conservatory is located off the sitting room with French doors onto the courtyard. The dining room overlooks the garden to the rear and has an open fireplace with marble surround. The kitchen is situated off the dining room and is fitted with a range of shaker-style units with oak work surfaces, range cooker, integral dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A useful utility room is also on offer with further fitted units, space for a washing machine and WC. A small side hall leads off the kitchen to an external door allowing access to the rear of the property.
The downstairs accommodation also has two double bedrooms with a shower room. The shower room is fully tiled and fitted with a shower cubicle, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Stairs from the reception hall lead to the first floor landing. The master bedroom is a generous size with fitted wardrobes and the benefit of an en-suite bathroom.
