Wereham lies in the Wissey valley and is on the main A134 road; it is some 5 miles to the east of the town of Downham Market and 13 miles from King's Lynn, both towns having a range of shops, amenities and a main line railway station to Ely, Cambridge & Kings Cross. Neighbouring villages include Boughton, Fincham, Crimplesham, West Dereham, Wretton and Stoke Ferry.
In the centre of the village is the pond - known locally as the pit. Nearby on the village green, the Village sign depicts 'Billy the Seal', one of Wereham's most famous residents from the 1920s. There is also a church and public house.

Leave Downham Market town centre towards Swaffham on the A1122. Proceed for approximately 1½ miles taking the turning on the right hand side into Crimplesham. Proceed through the village of Crimplesham to the t-junction and turn right heading towards Thetford on the A134. At the roundabout continue straight over into the village of Wereham. Turn right into Queens Close and at the bottom of the road turn right and then left and the property is on the right hand side as identified by our For Sale board.
