Tiverton lies on the A361 North Devon Link Road with fast access to the surfing beaches of North Devon, whilst in the other direction is Junction 27 of the M5 with its adjoining Parkway Station, from where one can reach Paddington in approx 2 hours.

The whole area is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty, with the picturesque Exe Valley running up to the rugged heather clad moors of Exmoor a few miles to the north. All country pursuits are "on the doorstep", including lovely walks, hacking, hunting and fishing in the River Exe.
