From our office go along Darwen Road towards Egerton. Turn right at the War Memorial onto Blackburn Road (A666). Continue through Egerton into open countryside. Pass Green Arms Road (B6391) on your right. Approximately 1 mile after this you will see Woodlea Chase on your left (small development of houses). Almost immediately after this, take the tarmac track to your right on to Bull Hill Lane. Continue along the track bear right at the first fork, follow track round a left hand bed, ignore the other track to right and carry on until you reach a sharp right hand bed. Take bend to right (do not go over the cattle grid) follow track straight on and then down a hill, then bear left which leads to Ramwells Farm.
