Derbyshire level is a sort after semi rural location with superb views, although the property is within easy reach of all of Glossop Town Centre amenities which is less than 1.5 miles away. Glossop has a combination of independent shops and restaurants and more familiar names such as Tesco, M&S and Next plus others. There is also a train station which gives access to Manchester Piccadilly.

Glossop is between Manchester and Sheffield. Sheffield is approx 25 miles with access via either the Snake Pass or Woodhead. Manchester is approx 15 miles away most likely via the M67 motorway. Manchester airport is approx 22 miles.
