Follow Farleigh Road for approximately half a mile into the village of Norton St Philip. At the ‘T’ junction turn right and join the B3110 ‘Bath Road’. As you exit the village, the land is on the left hand side immediately after the last run of houses. Access can be gained via a roadside gateway.From Frome, take the A36 north towards Bath. Approximately 1 mile after the Beckington by-pass, take the left hand turn signposted to Norton St Philip. Follow the B3110 through Norton St Philip and the land is located on the left hand side as you exit the village.
