Location:
Located on the busy corner of London Road by St Peters Place. A comprehensive range of shops, bars and restaurants can be found within Brighton. Public transport links are available at Brighton Train Station lying to the west and at London Road Train Station located to the north along with a network of local bus services serving the surrounding areas. The property is served by road links including the A270 and the A23. Recreational pursuits can be found locally and along the sea front.

Description: These historic listed “K6” red telephone box or “Jubilee” Kiosks commemorating the silver Jubilee of the coronation of King George V. These boxes are approximately 8’3’’ high and 3ft square and were originally designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. Historic England have listed to preserve these iconic red kiosks and many have transformed them to coffee shops, libraries, flower shops, bakeries and defibrillators.
