The units are predominately high quality and of domestic standard, but the kitchen is also used for the serving of breakfasts for guests. No evening meals are provided.

The Business:

Our clients acquired the property in June 2016 and have subsequently upgraded the Hotel throughout and established a very healthy level of trade purely on accommodation income.

Accounts for the year ended March 2023 are expected to show takings of approximately £85,000 just below the VAT threshold.

This income has been generated despite the property being closed for ten weeks per annum off season at which time our clients take a break and go on holiday and with the use of limited rooms to suit the needs of the family. There is great potential to increase trade with the operation of all letting rooms.
