There is assorted traditional seating throughout for 72 customers. A set of ladies and gentlemen’s toilets are located off inner hallway.

Staircase access from the main bar to first floor restaurant, a feature room with high beamed vaulted ceiling, boarded floor, farmhouse style and upholstered ladderback dining chairs to heavy constructed pine farmhouse tables currently arranged for 40 diners. A further set of ladies and gentlemen’s toilets. Office suite/store of main office, storeroom and staff kitchen.

The main catering kitchen is in two sections having a main catering area with altro non-slip flooring, fully sealed walls, three section galvanised extraction canopy and a comprehensive selection of stainless steel catering effects and work surfaces. Adjacent is a preparation room being similarly appointed.

The geography of the property allows for the gardens to be at ground floor to the rear of the property and yet accessed via steps from the main bar area. The games room is located at upper ground floor/first floor and has easy access from the trade gardens. It has vaulted ceiling, boarded floor, part tongue and grooved panelled walls, feature fireplace with stone mantelpiece, slate flagged hearth and cast iron solid fuel burner installed. The room has pool table and darts throw.

External

The gardens are a feature of the pub and in total can cater for between 150 people. There are three principal areas. The main patioed section is partially covered, has a stone built fire pit with direct access from the games room. It has fixed timber seating as well as loose chairs currently to accommodate 30 customers. There is a stone built building off known as ‘the dog house’ which has pitched slate roof and seats a further 6-8 customers. Upper lawned section has ‘A’ framed picnic style bench seats for 90 customers, although this includes seating for 10-12 in a timber built summer house which has open gallery to the beer garden. The lower lawned section has ‘A’ framed picnic bench seats and loose chairs for a further 50.
