From the M11 exit at junction 7 take the A414 towards Harlow. Go straight over the first four roundabouts, following signs towards Sawbridgeworth. On the

The land starts on your left after approximately 0.5 miles. To access the lakes, the entrance to the private track to Lots 1,2 and 3 is approximately 0.7 miles along Redricks Lane, on the left hand side. The Lake is located at the end of this private track.
