There are a range of further equipment including a Foster retarder, a gravity fed bread slicer, doughnut fryer, french stick moulder, bread moulder, 20 piece dough divider, an automatic bun divider, a 1 bag dough mixer and a 3 bag mixer, stainless steel chiller table with 3 fridges under, stainless steel table with 2 freezers under, a fresh cream piping machine, a Hobart mixer, an L sealer product packager, a water chiller with temperature setting, wash sink and drainer with separate hand sink, 2 upright freezers, a spare bread slicer and numerous racks and trays.

Off of the main production room there is a separate flour store room with stainless steel worktop and shelving. At the other end of the room there is also a separate kitchenette and w.c for staff use. Then leading down a staircase is the cellar room which has been properly fitted out with tiled floors, plastic covered walls in part, shelving and racking and a stainless steel work surface with Foster chiller and retarder under. There is in addition a walk in Foster freezer and a further prover.

Rear access is provided to the private car park to the rear where the delivery van is able to be parked as is the dutch style delivery bike. The building also benefits from a recently installed alarm system and CCTV.
