The steel-clad external façade is in excellent condition, and there are two access approaches, front and rear. The back yard has a large area with roller shutter doors for deliveries, and to the front is a private car parking area which can hold up to ten cars. There is a glass frontage (behind roller shutters) to front elevation where the car park is located.
Building Internal Entering though the glass doors from the car park leads into a customer reception area.
