Location

The property is located just to the south of the village of Hartington, in the popular Peak District National Park. Hartington has a number of local amenities including a surgery, Village Hall, Post Office and Café. Hartington lies approximately 11.4 miles south-east of Buxton, 11.4 miles south-west of Bakewell and 12.6 miles north of Ashbourne.

Deposits & Completion

The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer.
