Description
The Highland Cottage is a well-presented purpose-built licenced guest house on the Isle of Mull. The business has been owned by the current vendors since 1997.

The current vendors built the property in 1996 on the site of the original Rosslyn Cottage and have maintained the property to a high standard since. The business has been operated by the vendor and now offers an excellent opportunity as a family run business.

The property has been placed on the market due to the current proprietor’s wish to retire.

The business trades from March to October and its quality is reflected in the number of awards it currently holds such as achieving 4.5 out 5 on trip advisor and having 2 aa rosettes along with 4-star gold status. Additional marketing is carried out through its own informative website

“We loved our stay with these lovely hosts. The food was amazing! Only wished we had stayed longer. Would love to come back!” - Google review 2018
