Meat is purchased within the European union from suppliers based in various countries, and originates from South Africa and usa under eec Approved regulations. All meat is purchased in whole primal muscle form, boneless, chilled and frozen. Once the meat has been imported and received, the business prepares and makes various species of burgers, sausages and pre-portioned steaks. Products are packed and labelled in-house and stored in the licensed on-site cold store ready for sale. Orders are dispatched daily to customers across the UK.
