Our client offers menu choices from £4 per head for quick bites to £10.95 for deluxe business lunches. On average our client caters for a minimum of 4-5 orders per day.

Weekends – our client only chooses work close to home such as providing packed lunches for charity bike rides, family day out festivals or corporate BBQs for clients such as Lidl. The business is located across from a catering equipment hire company which he has a good relationship with, he uses equipment when requested to cater for full day or weekend corporate trading events where he can provide breakfast, lunches and evening menus. Christmas is particular busy when a range of festive buffets for 50 people are high in demand.

Opportunity to grow the business more would be to cater for weddings, funerals and smaller private parties; however, due to family commitments our client chooses not to take this on currently.
