  Bradley Esty

  Director

  Brad holds an MBA degree (Master of Business Administration) with a concentration in marketing. He was the co-owner and founder of Stanley’s Estate Agents in 2009, serving as the CEO until 2020. He recently passed on the overseeing of all daily operations and ownership of the firm to Alistair Forrest and Gary Ross.  He is remains an active contributor and participant in his role as a Director of Stanley's.Prior to moving to Antigua, he served 18+ years as President/Founder of several firms.

  Gary Ross

  Director

  Gary Ross joined the Stanley’s Estate Agents sales team as a Senior Sales Associate. He became a Director of the firm in 2020 and is currently a co-owner of Stanley's. He brings with him, over 30 years of sales experience, including seven years as a residential real estate and resort sales specialist.Prior to JHR where Gary was a top producing sales associate, he was at Abbotts Jewelry in St. John’s, Antigua where he specialized in the sales of high-end brands.

  Alistair Forrestt

  Director

  Alistair joined our team in 2018 and became a Director of Stanley's in 2020 and a co-owner, along with Gary Ross. He manages all daily operations of Stanley's and brings with him more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, 30 years as a General Manager and more than 25 years in the Caribbean. Having made a successful transition from the hospitality industry, Alistair brings a wealth of expertise to Stanley’s.
