Druce, was founded in 1822 by draper and upholsterer Thomas Charles Druce. The company started out as a furniture and antiques dealership based in London’s Marylebone district.

In the 1840s, Thomas acquired the furniture department at the nearby Baker Street Bazaar and when he died in 1864, his son Herbert Druce took over the business.
During the 19th century, the company expanded into a department store and an estate agency and today, real estate is the sole remaining part of the company, with Druce’s headquarters and six branch offices situated in the heart of the British capital.
2022 marks our bicentenary year and we are going from strength to strength, with the local knowledge, professional expertise and deep community connection that’s become a hallmark of our business.
