So, why have we moved to London…?
It’s not all about Paris, is it? We came to meet our wonderful customers who crossed the Channel, but that’s not all, we want to meet the locals too! Plus, London is just a stone throw away from us and we love the vibe.

Our standard fees are:-
Sales
Sole Agency - 1.5% + VAT (i.e. 1.8%)
Multiple Agency - 2% + VAT (i.e. 2.4%)

Lettings
Letting Only - 10% + VAT (i.e. 12%)
Rent Collection - 11% + VAT (i.e. 13.2%)
Management - 16% + VAT (i.e. 19.2%)
Fees are taken monthly in advance or in line with the rental payments, whichever is greater.
Administration fees - £250 + VAT (i.e. £300)
Renewal administration fees - £75 + VAT (i.e. £90)
