Partner- Office Agency
Duncan has extensive experience and a detailed knowledge in all aspects of commercial property, specialising in office agency and mixed use development consultancy advising a diverse range of clients on acquisition, disposal, development appraisal and estates strategy. Duncan is one of the founding partners of wsb having joined from CBRE were he was a director in the Leeds office prior to which he worked at DTZ and Sanderson Weatherall providing advice to clients including Leeds Metropolitan U
Robin Beagley MRICS
Partner- Office Agency
Robin qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 whilst at British Rail Property Board from where he joined Lambert Smith Hampton spending the next 12 years specialising in office agency and development consultancy. Robin continues to deal with all aspects of agency and development in both the office and industrial sectors whilst also providing advice on valuation matters relating to office properties. Robin's wide range of clients include local and national property companies, developers, investment funds and private individuals.
Amy Peterson
Office Manager
Amy joined WSB as Office Manager in November 2014. Part of her role is to oversee the day to day running of the office.
John Reid MRICS
Associate Partner- Retail and Leisure Agent
John joined as Associate Partner in April 2015 adding further expertise to the wsb Retail and Leisure team. After beginning his career for Campbell & Co then Colliers Glasgow, focusing on UK High Street and shopping centre locations, he then relocated to the Middle East in 2006. As Real Estate Manager for Alshaya’s Boots Pharmacy brand he oversaw the initial entry and establishment of Boots before joining the Emirates Groups Leisure & Retail division. Working as Head of Leasing and Property Acquisitions, John was responsible for a portfolio of over 140 stores across the Middle East including Costa Coffee, Giraffe and a host of other branded bars and restaurants.
Adam Mobley MRICS
Partner - Retail and Leisure Agent
Adam joined wsb as a partner in 2010 to deal with all aspects of retail leisure agency and development consultancy. As a highly experienced chartered surveyor Adam's wide range of clients include local and national property companies, retail and leisure operators, developers and private individuals. Whilst based in Leeds Adam covers a wide geographical area including the core markets of Yorkshire, the Midlands, the North East and North West.
James Skirrow MRICS
Partner- Property Asset Management
James qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998 and prior to joining wsb in early 2013 he specialised in Property Asset Management working at GSD, CBRE and Savills. James has extensive experience in managing properties in all commercial sectors for a wide variety of both national institutional and local investor/developer clients. James now heads the growing Property Management department within wsb.
Carl Smith MRICS
Partner- Valuation
Carl is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer, experienced in valuing all forms of commercial property and residential investments. Carl undertakes valuations for loan security purposes, company and financial accounts, pensions, marital disputes, taxation (probate, inheritance, capital gains) and charities act valuations. Carl has also acted as an independent expert on a number of different property types. Carl represents landlords and tenants on rent reviews and lease renewals, assisting landlords and tenants on maximising their property assets.
David Watson MRICS
Partner- Investment Consultancy
David is one of the founding partners of wsb and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2003. Specialising in capital markets and investment consultancy at wsb, David has been involved in major complex strategic funding deals as well as providing more general investment acquisition and disposal advice of real estate assets for a wide range of clients from funds, property companies and private investors who benefit from well informed, objective, independent investment advice. David's principle markets are Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North East although he has undertaken a number of transactions outside of these areas.
Alex Jowett
Graduate Surveyor
Alex is a Graduate Surveyor, assisting in all elements of general practice surveying within wsb. Alex joined wsb in June 2015 having graduated Nottingham Trent University studying BSc (Hons) Real Estate. Alex has had previous experience in Leeds at Urban Splash, Sanderson Weatherall and JLL. While at university Alex completed a year’s placement at Halfords Plc within the property department.
