  Ben has been working in estate agency since leaving Canterbury Christchurch University, where he graduated with a degree in Business and Entrepreneurship. He has worked for a number of well-regarded agents before joining Town & Village and has a real passion for selling properties in Suffolk. Ben went to school locally at Culford, near Bury St Edmunds and returned to his roots after university. He joined Essex Young Farmers and became Chairman of the Halstead Club in 2017, during this time he was proactively involved in supporting local communities and charities and competing in sporting events Ben has considerable experience at all levels of the property market with a particular interest in period and village properties and is committed to building long term customer relationships.

  Property Consultant

  Debbie has been with the company since our launch and is our sales progressor liaising with buyers, sellers and solicitors ensuring that transactions go through smoothly and quickly with all parties being kept updated. Debbie lives in a small village just outside Needham Market and is an associate member of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents.

  Sonya has 18 years’ experience working for some of the largest upper quartile agencies. Sonya is an associate member of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents. She manages the running and day to day administration within the office; this includes preparing property brochures, keeping vendors updated, marketing and negotiating sales. Having always lived locally Sonya has comprehensive knowledge of the area and amenities within it. Sonya has a huge love of the countryside and in her spare time enjoys equestrian pursuits with her daughters.
