Luke Bennett
Director
Luke launched SW19 in 2005 having worked within estate agency locally since 1998. The first office was established on Merton Road where business thrived and the SW19 presence expanded further into Wimbledon town and Colliers Wood. Living in Wimbledon and being a local face amongst the community has played a large role in the growth of the business.
Clare Painter
HR/ General Operations
Clare keeps the SW19 team in check. Wonderfully calm and organised, Clare excels at customer service, manages HR and handles all non-sale areas in the business. A level headed go to person, Clare works hard and enjoys the day to day interaction with everyone.
Alison Adcock
Property Manager
Incredibly organised and attentive, Alison manages over several hundred properties with her support team for the lettings portfolio. ‘I really enjoy looking at the properties around Wimbledon Village, seeing some very pretty & unique houses/buildings.'

Originally from Derbyshire, Andy moved to London in 2012 and pursued his career in property. He is a good communicator with many years experience across Sales and Lettings.

Harrie Vischjager
Sale and Lettings Director
Harrie comes from a Dutch/Sri Lankan background, born in the Netherlands and raised in North London so it’s no surprise that Harrie is a big Arsenal fan. He has lived all over; completing both his Bachelor and Masters’ degree in New York and working brief stints in Australia and Poland but Harrie has lived and worked around Merton for the last 12 years. When it comes to Estate Agency Harrie is highly organised and prides himself on having strong principles and integrity.
Rita Juhasz
Sales and Lettings
Rita has worked in hospitality management for 12 years where she learnt a number of transferable skills, namely her ability to manage time and communicate well, dedicated customer service and working with budgeted sales targets.
Michelle Faulkner
Sales Progressor
Michelle has a number of years’ experience within estate agency, firstly as a negotiator then as sales progressor. She oversees the transactions from sale agreed until exchange and completion and is on hand for guidance throughout the process. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys going to the gym and exploring outdoors with her two young children.
