  Stuart Nash

  Owner & Managing Director

  As owner and Managing Director, Stuart spends his working days overseeing the running of the Stuarts Residential and is the first point of contact for new landlord clients. Having set up Stuarts Residential in 2011 and after 20 plus years in the property industry there is not much he hasn’t experienced, and this wealth of expertise means landlords know their investment is in safe hands. As well as being an ardent Liverpool fan, Stuart enjoys running, cycling, music, cooking and beer gardens.

  Lois Bishop

  Property Manager

  There is not much that gets past Lois, so it is well known that she is the real boss of Stuarts Residential! With exacting standards, an encyclopaedic knowledge of our landlords and tenants. Having already achieved an Intermediate Level Diploma in Business Administration, Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Property Letting and Management.

  Lydia Williams

  Lettings Negotiator

  Lydia helps to ensure that payments are made to our landlords, contractors and suppliers. Armed with her selection of pastel highlighters and meticulous systems she ensures that all payments are made promptly. Spontaneous days out with her young family and a cosy night with a takeaway feature high on the list during her spare time. Before discovering the joys of parenthood, she achieved her Level 2 Diploma in residential property letting and management and is now studying towards her Level 3.

  Garry Haskins

  Lettings Negotiator

  Garry is a wizard at letting properties and is the first port of call for all tenants looking for properties to let and landlords who have empty properties to fill! Having spent many years working in customer service, Garry has a friendly, helpful and can do approach to all enquiries, regardless how tricky they seem! Away from work you are likely to find Garry in a music shop, at a gig or playing football. Much to Andy’s annoyance and Stuart’s relief, Garry is a huge Liverpool FC fan.
