Meet the team
Chris MurphyBranch Manager
Chris joined Sandersons in 2009 specifically to launch the Ashford office. We subsequently saw unprecedented growth in Ashford as new customers benefited from the attention to detail and flair that Chris and his team brought to the role. In 2011 Chris moved to our Canterbury office and currently heads up an experienced sales team that has continued to grow year on year.

Jen joined Sandersons as a negotiator in our Canterbury office in 2007. After gaining valuable experience within the sales team she was promoted to the Property Management department based in Maidstone in 2009. She headed up the team that managed the Canterbury portfolio and the Corporate Landlord team before moving back to Canterbury and progressing to Lettings Manager.
Jess HaskinsLettings Valuations Manager
Jess was head hunted by Sandersons in 2008. She was already working in the industry and we had been hugely impressed with her obvious flair for top-level negotiation. Her talent and enthusiasm quickly saw her progress into management. She has managed an expanding team and has received the highest praise from our many satisfied landlords and vendors alike. Jess has just returned from maternity leave to work 3 days a week so we are delighted to have her back.
Alex BuddSenior Negotiator
Alex joined Sandersons to work alongside Chris Murphy and push the brand into the sales market in Canterbury. Initially his role was focussed around helping buyers find the right property and negotiating offers to get sales agreed; now he spends most of his time on market appraisals working with prospective vendors who are looking to put their property on the market. Alex takes great pride in the work he does and his drive and enthusiasm is often complimented on by customers.
Lettie HammondLettings Valuer
Lettie first joined Sandersons in 2007 as a junior lettings negotiator and was a member of the Canterbury team for six years. She left the company in May 2013 to gain more experience and work in the sales industry for three years. She feels this helped her develop a greater knowledge and confidence in both lettings and sales. We are delighted that Lettie re-joined the Canterbury team in 2016 as a negotiator and brings her experience in her new role as lettings valuer.
Nancy HillsLettings Negotiator
Nancy joined the Canterbury Lettings team in 2014 as a lettings negotiator starting her career in the industry. Heidi RocksSales Negotiator
Heidi joined Sandersons in November 2017 as a Sales Negotiator. Before coming to Sandersons she was running a bespoke wedding ring business from home and bringing up her three children. The children have now grown up and she felt it was time to pursue a full time challenging position working in an office environment as part of a team.
