We are an independent proprietor-led Estate Agent who have traded for over 25 years in London and the South-East. In March 2018, we were really excited to announce that iConn Property Management Ltd has joined the Sandersons Group. To accommodate our expansion, our Lettings team are now based at the original iConn site at 26a Castle Street. Our Sales team remain in the Sandersons office at 76 Castle Street so please pop in to meet the teams. We are committed to providing the very highest standards both in sales and lettings. We aim to work in association with our clients and tailor our service to meet their needs as far as possible. We have represented some of our clients since our inception and are extemely proud to have grown largely on recommendation. We look to attract the very best staff in the industry and often recruit outside our sector to ensure our people reflect our values and the importance we place on customer service. Property is critical to the quality of all our lives and the advice we receive around what is one of our largest emotional assets and, for most of us, our largest financial asset has a huge impact. In our opinion, that sort of expertise can only be delivered by a company operating for its customers and not its share holders. But don't take our word for it. Look at the feedback from our clients on our website in testimonials, under the about section.

Chris joined Sandersons in 2009 specifically to launch the Ashford office. We subsequently saw unprecedented growth in Ashford as new customers benefited from the attention to detail and flair that Chris and his team brought to the role. In 2011 Chris moved to our Canterbury office and currently heads up an experienced sales team that has continued to grow year on year.

Her talent and enthusiasm quickly saw her progress into management. She has managed an expanding team and has received the highest praise from our many satisfied landlords and vendors alike. Jess has just returned from maternity leave to work 3 days a week so we are delighted to have her back.

Initially his role was focussed around helping buyers find the right property and negotiating offers to get sales agreed; now he spends most of his time on market appraisals working with prospective vendors who are looking to put their property on the market. Alex takes great pride in the work he does and his drive and enthusiasm is often complimented on by customers.
