  Adrian Baxter

  Branch Manager

  Adrian has been working in estate agency since the late 1980’s, firstly with a small independent firm, then progressing through the ranks of a large corporate agency to become a Senior Manager covering a number of offices. In 2001 he decided to move back to traditional independent agency and has helped establish the Uckfield Office as one of the leading offices in the area. In his spare time Adrian has a passion for all sport, is a qualified gym and martial arts instructor.

  Stephanie Bennison

  Lettings Manager

  Stephanie has been with us since 2010 and assisted in the creation of our lettings department, she has worked in the industry since leaving college and has always enjoyed working with and helping others in the community. Outside of office hours she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two daughters, her horse and walking her dogs, she even turns her hand to a bit of shepherding!

  Roxanne Bone

  Lettings Negotiator

  Since joining Rowland Gorringe in 2013 Roxanne has become a valued member of the lettings team. When she isn’t glued to her computer screen wading through the paperwork or on the phone dealing with queries, she spends time with friends and family and enjoys reading and a spot of badminton.

  Mike Symons

  Valuations Manager

  Mike has recently joined our Uckfield branch as the Valuations Manager, having managed branches in Ticehurst and Burwash in a corporate environment. He prides himself on great customer service and is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients and is looking forward to working for an independent agent, where he can strive to give clients the best possible service. Outside of work, Mike, who is born and bred in Uckfield, is keen a keen golfer and enjoys scuba diving.

  Sophie Oldfield

  Sales Consultant

  Sophie has joined Rowland Gorringe in the Uckfield branch as a Residential Sales Consultant, following her parents’ footsteps within the property industry. Sophie has come from a customer service background, always striving to meet high customer service standards. She is now very much looking forward to finding clients their perfect home. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys socialising with family and friends, and likes to keep fit at the gym.
