Our Residential Sales Team is led by Rod Waldron and assisted by a number of colleagues within the office.  Rod’s career spans over 26 years having run successful estate agency brands across Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales.

Rod brings a wealth of experience to Rostons and can advise clients on all aspects of residential property and land sales, plus property development.

Our Rural Farms and Equestrian Sales Agency is headed by Tony Rimmer, with support from Andrew Wallace and the rural team. We deal with all farms, farmland, development opportunities, pony paddocks and rural businesses.
