Educated at The Emmbrook School, I have lived and worked in the local area all of my life. I have gained a huge amount of experience in all aspects of property encompassing residential property sales and lettings, land acquisition and disposal, new homes sales and marketing and property finance. I am now in my 30th year in property, 18 years of which have been with The Richard Worth Group. I am very hands on and active often carrying out viewings, valuations and land appraisals personally. I have a reputation for providing reliable and trustworthy advice to our clients, qualities which I instill in all the members of our team.

I have lived locally all of my life attending Farley Hill Primary School and then onto The Forest before venturing into the property market. Having started in estate agency in 1987 and joining Richard Worth in 1996, I have now chalked up 26 years in the local property market. During that time I have experienced the high's and low's which is invaluable when providing advice to our many clients in varying markets and circumstances. My reputation for providing honest and trustworthy advice ensures that most of our clients return to use us again and many are keen to recommend us to others. I am proud to be part of the Richard Worth team, we all work hard to dispel the image often levied at our profession and it is very gratifying when our clients tell us that we are not your typical estate agent! Since becoming sales director my responsibilities are to ensure a continued high level of service to all of our clients and to assist the management team in the future development of the business whilst continuing to work on the ground floor and in the heart of the business.

I was educated at The Emmbrook School in Wokingham and have grown up in the town and continue to work and socialize here.Despite being one of the youngest members of the team at 21 years old, I have gained a lot of experience in the 5 years that I have been at Richard Worth. Drawing on this experience, I pride myself on being enthusiastic and knowledgeable about both the properties and locality and always being prepared to establish answers to the many questions raised. I embrace the company's ethos of providing local, experienced and trusted advice and from training provided am very knowledgeable about all aspects of the legislation governing the provision of estate agency services. Now working alongside the land director I am responsible for many of the exciting new homes schemes brought to the market by our company.

I grew up locally in Camberley and school days were spent at Eagle House before moving up to Wellington College in Crowthorne. I progressed into a career in financial services where I started with a Countrywide financial services chain for five years, I gained valuable experience which I took with me upon joining Richard Worth Estate Agents in January 2000. After all these years I am proud to say I still look after some of my original clients who return to me on a regular basis knowing that they can rely on sensible and reliable advice, they often introduce friends and family. It's now really quite frightening to have started to do mortgages for the children of some of them! Over many years I have experienced the ups and downs of the markets, Worthington Finance is built on the basis of this experience, honest advice and good customer service and this has definitely proven to be a successful formula.

I have lived in Finchampstead most my life and was educated at St. Crispins Secondary School in Wokingham before graduating with a BDes (hons) degree from the University of Wolverhampton. My passion for design started young, learning and developing skills throughout my education. i've been given a wonderful opportunity to work with the multi award winning Estate and Land agents, Richard worth, where I now work on many exciting projects on a daily basis.

I was educated at both the Marist Convent and The Emmbrook School and later studied at the London College of Fashion. I have always lived and worked in the Wokingham area and having initially worked in insurance joined Richard Worth Estate Agents shortly after it opened. I am in charge of general office administration including the preparation of marketing literature, updating the property portals, arranging advertising and client invoicing.
