  Meet Tim, Tim is our Branch Manager and has many years of experience working within the Congleton branch. He boasts a wealth of knowledge ranging from the general valuing of local properties, bespoke and niche property valuations, to working alongside developers on Land and New Homes. Tim has always lived locally within the area and has decided to raise his family on the beautiful outskirts of Congleton, in the rural town of Biddulph. For Tim, supporting the local businesses and community is at the heart of everything we do here at Reeds Rains, whether that is sponsoring one the local grassroots football teams, Biddulph Rovers FC or our annual fundraising event on behalf of Cash for Kids, we strongly believe being a pillar of the community is of paramount importance and is the driving force behind everything we do

Like Tim, Katy decided a few years ago to move to the more rural Town of Biddulph to raise her young family, allowing Katy to deepen her knowledge of the local areas even further.   Meet Adele, Adele is the youngest member of our team here in Congleton and is already thriving in her new role after hitting the ground running and taking every task in her stride. Adele is a local girl, being born and raised here in Congleton where she still resides with her family. Congleton is where Adele calls home and she couldn't imagine living anywhere else after recently buying her first home in the heart our lovely town! In her spare time Adele has become a keen house renovator making her first home hopefully her first project of many. After joining our team a few months ago, Adele has truly become an integral part of the office, her bubbly and charismatic personality shines through on a daily basis allowing Adele to quickly assert herself as our social media Queen! Alongside this role, Adele has already proven herself to be a confident and capable Lettings Negotiator with a bright and professional career ahead for her here at Reeds Rains.

  Meet Stacie, our little Welsh gem! Estate agents don't come more knowledgable or experienced than her and anything that Stacie doesn't know just isn't worth knowing! Residing in Macclesfield, with her young family and Ted the dog, Stacie has lived and worked locally for many years and in her spare time enjoys nothing more than exploring what the local areas have to offer with her close friends and family.   Meet Caroline, Caroline is the Queen of organisation, if there is something out of place or without a paper-clip, this is the lady you need to speak to! Caroline grew up in the Town of Kidsgrove but has since relocated to Congleton after working within the town for 15 years and falling in love with not only her soon to be husband, but also the Congleton community and residents. Caroline is an extremely valuable member of our sales team, boasting a wealth of sales and conveyancing knowledge, this combined with her polite, professional and thorough approach is a priceless combination to have in your corner when you are looking to buy your dream home!

Alongside Tim and Katy, Vicki also bases herself in the beautiful town of Biddulph with her young and growing family. It is here where Vicki loves nothing more than enjoying the local walks as well as sampling what the menus of the many local restaurants have to offer. Over the years, Vicki has racked up an impressive portfolio of sales experience giving our customers the peace of mind that they will have a confident and robust sales negotiator working for them, looking after their sale and purchase from start to finish. Without a second thought, Vicki ensures she goes above and beyond for our customers, this service has varied from meeting with builders out of hours to picking up paperwork in her spare time.
