Hello, I am Philip Gray, Sales and Lettings Manager at O’Connor Bowden. After completing my Msc in Business Management, I embarked on a career in property management, working my way up to a senior lettings position as well as taking an active role in developing the property sales side of the company for Penny Ashton. Following a takeover by Lomond Capital, I took up a position with their Thornley Groves branded sales team and have enjoyed the transition and challenges from working for a small independent to one of Manchester’s corporate Estate Agents. I now head the Sales & Lettings departments in Manchester City Centre for O’Connor Bowden with a direct responsibility for Estate Agency Property Sales, Residential Lettings and the Sales of Investment Property through its sales & lettings teams located within three branches across the Manchester City Centre. I have extensive experience dealing with landlords, sellers and investors. I am always available to discuss property sales and letting opportunities.

Hello, my name is Dave and my expertise lies in the Manchester lettings market. My background has been focused around the administration duties associated with the lettings process, initially with Countrywide as a property administrator which included providing property details and relevant marketing material to individual branches throughout the UK, specific to their regional needs. I had involvement with the advertising processes also, creating property brochures and newspaper adverts which were issued on a weekly basis. My current position with O’Connor Bowden has allowed me to develop further skills and specialise specifically in the Manchester rental market, understanding the market value of individual property and maximising the rental return for our landlord clients. My responsibilities now extend to viewing appointments, advising applicants of our company procedures and requirements to ensure the transition from securing a property, to moving in, runs as smoothly as possible. Hello, My name is Matthew and I am the lettings Administrator here at O’Connor Bowden. My employment background was previously within commercial property, where I was involved with the facilities management across various developments. This included the marketing of commercial space, the overall maintenance and day-to-day management of the overall development. I was offered the opportunity to study a Masters in Environmental Governance and after graduating, I took the decision to experience something new within the property sector and moved into the residential market with a particular focus on lettings and sales. I am now responsible for the general administration duties involved in the advertising of Manchester apartments and enjoy the challenges of working in a competitive and fast paced environment. I enjoy the hands on approach to customer service and developing a clear understanding of a customer’s needs in order to help them in their property search.
