  Paul Bampton

  Managing Director

  Having acquired Neville Turner in 2011, our Managing Director Paul is very hands on with the day to day running of our business and has gained a comprehensive range of knowledge and experience since 1997. Paul thrives on driving the business forward and maintaining the highest levels of professional care and attention to all past, present and future clients. Paul owns an established Reading based removal firm Ferriday and Alder and is delighted to be able to offer this additional service to all past and present clients, which include, local/long distance moving, storage and even worldwide shipping. Having lived in Tilehurst and Purley all of his life, Paul has a vast amount of local knowledge and expertise in the local property market having been involved in thousands of successful property transactions within the company. Over the years Paul has sponsored local events and supported many schools as he feels strongly about contributing to our local community. Devoted father of four children, Paul still finds the time to swim, bike and run having completed several endurance events such as marathons, Ironman triathlons and has successfully completed a two way channel swim relay (England to France and back!) Over the years he has raised a substantial amount of money for charities such as Macmillan, Sue Ryder and many more.

  Charlie Hayes

  Director

  Charlie, devoted father of two has lived and worked in Reading all of his life. Charlie has a vast amount of experience having worked in Estate Agency since 2005 when he joined our West Reading office, he has worked across all of our branches in different market places. He has been an influential part of our business and thrives on building great relationships with all new and existing clients. Charlie heads up our sales and lettings team and has bags of energy and enthusiasm. When Charlie isn’t in the office he loves to spend time with his wife Hayley and two daughters. His other passions include playing Golf and Carp fishing.

  Barbara Townsin-Legg

  Sales Progressor

  Barbara is an invaluable member of the Neville Turner team whose background from her corporate and financial experience whilst working in the Middle East in recent years, has been an added bonus to her role within the company. She also brings a wealth of experience with her knowledge of interior design, incorporating furnishings and her negotiating skills have played an invaluable part within her sales remit. She will go above and beyond to assist in the progression of seeing sales through to completion.

  Lewis Kapp MNAEA

  Assistant Manager

  Lewis joined the team in 2017 and is based in our Pangbourne office negotiating sales having picked up a wealth of knowledge in our Reading and Tilehurst offices (Sansome & George) before transferring to Neville Turner in Pangbourne. Lewis is very personable and is thorough in all he does and is keen to assist, not being phased by anything. He has recently developed his career further by obtaining his NAEA qualification and is progressing well within the organisation. He has lived in the Purley and Tilehurst area to date and having attended local schools, is very familiar with the local area. Lewis is a keen football player and enjoys playing weekly.

  Jane first started working within the property industry some 18 years ago, having previously been involved in the hospitality and leisure sector. She has been here at Neville Turner since 2012 and is a highly valued member of staff who prides herself on attention to detail and traditional values and ethics.

  Nicole Knight

  Lettings & Accounts Manager

  Nicole emanates from a legal background and has been involved in the property industry since 2008. She has gained a considerable amount of knowledge and understanding as to the local lettings market as well as the complex compliance/ legislative process associated with administering a tenancy, ensuring both landlords and tenants are fully protected. Nicole is involved with all aspects of the lettings department from pre-tenancy to property management including accounts.

  Lettings Valuer

  Roz is a tenacious and knowledgeable letting agent with over 20 years’ experience and benefiting from being a qualified member of ARLA. Born and raised in the Reading area and a proud mother of two, Roz works across all aspects of the lettings environment from understanding the importance of maintaining industry standards to finding the perfect match for Landlords, Tenants and properties. By leaving ‘no stone unturned’ Roz will endeavour to ensure your property journey is a success. When Roz isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and staying active, keeping fit and completing such challenges like ‘Tough Mudder’. Roz is a fantastic addition to our company and has already become a great and valued team player.
