Founder and Managing Partner
Founder Mary Dunne is a highly qualified and experienced real estate broker in Marbella. Acknowledged by both peers and clients as an authority in the Costa del Sol real estate industry. Formerly from Ireland, Mary has held her Spanish Realtor license from 1995. She studied at Les Heures University Barcelona in 1996, and in 2005, earned an MBA in Spanish Real Estate Management. She is a member of the GIPE a professional association for qualified Real Estate agents in Spain and registered with the CEPI (European Association of Real Estate Professionals).
With vast experience in every aspect of Spanish real estate, handling several high-scale projects in both Mijas and Marbella, over the years her company has closed an enormous volume of transactions.
In 2014 she allied with Hamptons International to bring the company to Leading Agency status in Marbella. Lawrence was born in Spain, but his formal education was in England, Spain and the United States, where he completed his degree in Business Administration and International Marketing. Fluent in four languages – English, Spanish, French and Italian – and a bona fide real estate expert, from urban planning and zoning; land, commercial and residential transactional procedures; unequalled product and market knowledge, Lawrence draws on many years’ experience gained through supervising new development projects, most of which are now renowned and much sought-after Marbella residential urbanizations. Born and raised in Gothenburg, Sweden, he came the first time to Marbella in 1990 and stayed for a few years. In Sweden, he was working for more than 15 years with client relations and customer service. In 2019 he decided to move back to Marbella where he has a big network of friends and family. Started to work with real estate shortly after he arrived, and he has never regretted the decision. Lasse truly enjoys listening and helping the clients to find their perfect home. A Swedish native his language allows him to speak to most Scandinavians in their language. He also speaks excellent English and some Spanish.

Victoria is Spanish and was born in Málaga. She has a degree in Political Sciences and Law. She is currently finalising her master in Law. Her professional experience has been acquired mainly in the tourism and real estate sectors on the Costa del Sol. She looks after the members of the sales team by providing administrative support, as well as legal advice, and applies her language skills while looking after our clients; she speaks Spanish, English and German. Victoria handles all our legal queries and initial contracts as well as helping us with our clients when they have to deal with bureaucracy and red tape.

Yulia is from Russia, but she has been living in Spain for 12 years. She has a master degree in Philology and a degree in Marketing and Management. Yulia was very happy to join the MPDunne – Hamptons International team which will combine her expertise with the company’s extensive resources to provide the customer with the most cutting-edge information to make the process of buying, selling, & investing a seamless process. She began her career in tourism as a marketing specialist and sales representative who provided an outlet for her creative thinking and built her foundation in real estate.
