Bob BrewinProperty Manager
Following a long and distinguished army career specialising in logistics, Bob joined the lettings team in 2012 to assist in the further expansion of the managed property portfolio. His friendly and enthusiastic approach is second to none and he excels at assisting those landlords who prefer us to manage their properties including regular inspections as well as liaising with tenants over the day to day maintenance issues that can arise.
Rachel JonesProperty Administrator
Rachel joined the property management team in 2019 and taken to her new role exceptionally well. Rachel plays a key role within the team and her attention to detail, eagerness to learn and down to earth attitude give her the ability to investigate and resolve issues reported by tenants in a timely manner whilst also dealing effectively with landlords and contractors.
Jemma NeedsLettings Accounts
Jemma joined the Moore Allen lettings team in 2019 but already is a key member of the lettings team with her role as accounts administrator providing in-house bookkeeping and financial support. She is also responsible for the rental receipt and payment process where her attention to detail and high standards help the firm deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
