Paul has over 23 years experience of the industry, including 12 years as the partner heading the lettings and property management department at Moore Allen & Innocent. Coming from an agricultural background he has lived in Gloucestershire all his life and manages property portfolios from Cotswold cottages to country estates. As well as a wealth of knowledge and experience Paul drives the team to achieve the very best they can for tenants and landlords alike.

Theresa joined the Moore Allen team in 2017, firstly as a property manager for our expanding portfolio of managed properties, before being promoted to Assistant Lettings Manager. Having lived in Cirencester and the Cotswolds for most of her life she has an excellent knowledge of the local area and plays a key part in ensuring that our lettings business runs smoothly to ensure both landlords and tenants receive an efficient and quality service.

Rebecca joined the team in 2020 but has been involved with the lettings industry for many years covering all aspects of the business. She is now also working towards the coveted ARLA accreditation. Rebecca has a great passion for letting and property management and relishes the challenges that inevitably come with it. With her pro-active attitude she ensures both landlords and tenants receive the best possible service.
Bob Brewin

Following a long and distinguished army career specialising in logistics, Bob joined the lettings team in 2012 to assist in the further expansion of the managed property portfolio. His friendly and enthusiastic approach is second to none and he excels at assisting those landlords who prefer us to manage their properties including regular inspections as well as liaising with tenants over the day to day maintenance issues that can arise.
Jemma Needs

Jemma joined the Moore Allen lettings team in 2019 but already is a key member of the lettings team with her role as accounts administrator providing in-house bookkeeping and financial support. She is also responsible for the rental receipt and payment process where her attention to detail and high standards help the firm deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
