By 2004 he was promoted to Sales Manager and was responsible for the day to day running of the sales department. Over the past 10 years Richard has worked in Senior Management positions across South West London. Having experienced different market places and varying economic conditions throughout his career, Richard is perfectly placed to provide the correct guidance to ensure his clients achieve the best results and in the timeframes they require.

  Costa joined Lauristons management team in 2012, having worked in the industry for the last 5 years. His career commenced in 2007 as a negotiator and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a manager within two and a half years of first joining the lettings industry. A conscientious, hard working and self motivated individual with nothing else in mind but to succeed, Costa enjoys leading his team to a high level of success through motivation and by self example. Having worked in the local area for the whole of his career, Costa is enjoying the daily challenges of running the department in Wimbledon, and continuing to build lasting relationships with people in the local community.
