Gordon started a long career in Estate Agency with a large corporate Estate Agents, quickly learning and soaking up the knowledge before becoming disillusioned with the drive purely focused on pushing sales through for the company and not for the customer. Gordon was headhunted to a large corporate firm to turn round one of the poor branches, he took that branch from “underperforming” to one of the top five branches in the UK.

Robyn has been involved with both residential and commercial lettings for several years both within Inverclyde and further afield to Manchester. She has proven herself a valuable member of the team with her local knowledge and appetite for learning. Robyn will guide you through the process of buying and selling or renting for your next move.

Caitlin is responsible for all web design, marketing and social media advertising. Caitlin has a unbelievable understanding of all online outlets. She currently studies International Fashion Branding and is now moving into her final year of her bachelor’s degree.

Rohan McKinney
Lettings Manager
Rohan started his career in the residential property sector in Argyll & Bute. Currently holding his Letwell qualification in Residential Letting and Property Management, Rohan excels at providing on point property advice in line with best practice. As part of Continuing Professional Development, Rohan is an active member of Landlord Accreditation Scotland, through webinars and out of office learning he keeps abreast with legislation to ensure our landlords receive reliable and legislatively current advice.
Rohan’s role at Kilglen Property Services includes the day to day management of a portfolio of properties, negotiating lets, dealing with maintenance issues and liaising with both landlords and tenants. He is motivated, well organised and an articulate communicator which allows him to successfully lead our lettings team.

Interior Stylis
Lisa has been involved within property for many years both in sales and letting. She has a large portfolio of her own properties managed by Kilglen, with a passion for dressing a house to become a home, which she has put to good use for her own properties over the years.
