Chris was the senior branch manager of a nationwide chain of estate agents based in Spital Street Dartford between November 2004 and July 2010. With nearly 40 years residential sale experience you will be in good hands !

After moving to Kent and leaving a job in education, I really embraced the change in direction when I came to work for Fox Estate Agents. As well as being Chris Fox's PA, I assist the other members of the team in the general running of the office, particularly vendor care. I also focus in particular, on marketing. I design everything from the business cards and sold boards, right through to our new twelve page brochure. Every day brings something new which makes working here hugely interesting.

After spending a year in a apprenticeship scheme with Fox Estate Agents Liam has now been kept on as our full time Sales Assistant, although young, Liam has picked up a wide range of knowledge about the industry. Liam brings a wave of fresh new ideas to the business, his main role is to support the sales team with their day to day needs. Fox Estates sees Liam as the future of the company.

I wanted to be an estate agent from a very early age and have now been working in the industry for over ten years. I used to work for a large, corporate agency, but joined Fox Estate Agents as I had become disillusioned with just being a house selling machine and I liked Chris Fox’ endless enthusiasm and emphasis on customer care. I am the Sales Manager and am responsible for carrying out viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion. We keep in touch with everyone, whether they are selling or buying and I do try and take the stress away from anyone who is on the move. I recently won the Exceptional Skills Award at the 2018 Dartford Business Awards, which came as a great surprised, as I hadn’t known that my colleagues had put me forward for it. I look forward to coming to work every day, as no two days are the same and I am very proud to be a part of Fox Estate Agents’ award winning team.
