  Paul started his career at Dacre, Son & Hartley in 2001, eventually moving on to manage the offices in North Leeds and Bramhope. After working for a local competitor in Leeds City Centre for 4 years Paul returned to Dacres in 2014. Although based at our Ilkley office as branch manager, he is also the Wharfedale Area Director and oversees operations at the Bramhope, Otley, Guiseley, Burley and North Leeds offices.

  Tim now heads up the Otley sales operation supported by an incredibly enthusiastic team. A keen golfer and lover of the Dales and Lake District Tim has well established Wharfedale roots living in nearby Ben Rhydding with his wife Emma and their daughter.

  Senior Sales Negotiator

  Clare has joined the team at the Bramhope office as a Senior Sales Negotiator. Having previously worked in the property industry for many years in the Leeds and Harrogate areas, Clare has obtained a wealth of knowledge and loves nothing more than getting to know her customers and finding them the perfect home. In her spare time Clare likes reading, yoga & walking her dog.
