I'm delighted to say that I have been with Charles Harding for the best part of 30 years. In December 1990 I opened our first branch office at Commercial road Swindon, which proved to be a huge success and was able to firmly establish Charles Harding as one of the leading estate agents in Swindon. We relocated to large new offices at 8/9 Commercial Road Swindon and I am actively involved with the day to day running of the office and specialise in the sale and valuation of properties.

As office manager based in the spacious new offices at Commercial Road, I take pride in the fact that we can offer a first class personal service in the managing and letting of rental properties. I'm responsible for the day to day administration of the branch system and liaising with our many landlords and assisting our tenants with references, tenancy agreements, etc.
I left school a few years ago and joined as an office junior and I have now been promoted to a lettings negotiator. My responsibilities are for the letting of clients properties and showing our many tenants around our rental properties, you will often see me buzzing around Swindon in my Charles Harding car. I have been brought up and educated in Swindon, Brookfield school and latterly with Bradon Forest and thoroughly enjoy my varied and busy job.

I originally opened our lettings department with Carol and Jenny having gained valuable experience in the letting industry working for a local letting agent. My particular skills and duties are the valuation of properties for rental purposes for new clients, existing landlords, rent reviews, checkouts and inventories. I am part of a team that takes pride in being able to offer a quality service in a friendly and business like manner.
I am a relatively new member of the Charles Harding team. My role is based at the Commercial Road office with my man responsibilities being processing properties onto the market, uploading information onto our many websites, relaying information to our clients and purchasers alike. I thoroughly enjoy my varied and active role in this busy office and meeting many different clients.
I have been involved with Charles Harding estate agents since starting in 1977 as an accountant and bookkeeper. During that time I have gained valuable experience in dealing with many landlords and tenants alike. We now have a huge portfolio of some 600 plus properties. I am available each day and based in the commercial road office for all accounting matters.
