  Richard heads up the rural agency side of the business and particularly specialises in the sale and acquisition of farmland and estates. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers in 1984 and was a founding partner of BTF Partnership.

  Alex was appointed a Director in April 2018 and works on the rural agency side of the business, specialising in the sale and acquisition of farmland and estates across the South East. Alex also undertakes a broad range of professional work and has a number of estate management clients throughout Kent.
